Each relaxing massage therapy session includes a brief consultation, targeted bodywork according to your body’s needs, essential oils, and an end-of-session check-in. No two sessions are ever the same, and there is no “set routine.” You can expect to feel incredibly relaxed, grounded, joyful, and invited into a supportive healing environment.

Sessions may include:

  • essential oils

  • singing bowls

  • palo santo and/or sweetgrass

Emily’s unique style of Relaxing Therapeutic Massage blends together: Swedish Massage, Myofascial release, and as needed— CranioSacral Therapy, and Reiki.
